Return Policy

Information about returns, exchanges, and refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Custom Products

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom products unless:

  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • We made an error in producing your design

Defects & Errors

If you receive a defective item or we made an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll need photos of the issue and will either remake the item or issue a full refund.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photos. We'll file a claim with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement at no charge.

Design Approval

For most orders, we provide a digital proof for your approval before production. Once you approve a proof, we cannot accept returns due to design preferences. Please review carefully!
